Dearest Rich, almost 12 years of putting up with us and the kids next door, and the thousands of footballs finding their way into your garden. Steve misses the football banter, but so glad you got to witness the second biggest team in Manchester win the Treble (haha). We’re sad to not see you out the front this summer for a drink or two.
